The work performed did not correct the problem the Heat in the vehicle is not operating like it Should.My heating problem still exists the heat is still not operating like it should

Asia was the car dealer that sold it to me and your service team helped me maintain the maintenance and up keep on my Lancer for 13 years, Last year November 16th I received a call from Mr. Basil who kept his word and put me in a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander . First appointment was a waste of time, didn't have the parts to complete the reason for the appointment.Waiting area for service is in another building, and located up a flight of stairs.Have the parts available or make notifications before customers come to let them know the work would be unable to be completed.

It was expensiveTop notch service but it was expensive. Plus I no longer receive Mitsubishi coupons in the mail or my email.

I called at the last minute for a wheel alignment they told me I needed at my last oil change. I understood that it would take about an hour. I mentioned that I had a meeting later that night. Lisa and the crew had me back in the road in under half an hour—it was incredible! These guys are amazing and are a gear credit to the Ourisman name.Ourisman Mitsubishi consistently provides stellar customer service. Lisa is amazing, as is the entire service department. I could not be happier with their treatment of me or my vehicle.
