I don't have any suggestions for improvements. Ourisman Mitsubishi just needs to maintain the current level of service and customer satisfaction that they currently provide and everything will be just fine!Everyone at Ourisman Mitsubishi is super friendly and super professional. As soon as I arrived, my car was taken back for maintenance and I didn't have to wait very long for them to finish. It's very important to me that businesses honor appointment times and Ourisman Mitsubishi is great at doing that.

Everything was done well in a timely fashion. When I received my vehicle driving it was so much better because the break and rotors were bad. Everything is fine now.Lisa in the service department was very helpful and explained exactly what I needed for my vehicle

I scheduled an appointment with the service department to have a thermostat installed. The Service, and the Customer Service was GREAT!!!Lee and Lisa were able to answer all the questions I had, and provide me with service tips that were able to aid in the continued life of my truck, I thank them.There's a lot more I could say but I do not have enough space to write it, but I thoroughly enjoyed my recent visit there.
