I called at the last minute for a wheel alignment they told me I needed at my last oil change. I understood that it would take about an hour. I mentioned that I had a meeting later that night. Lisa and the crew had me back in the road in under half an hour—it was incredible! These guys are amazing and are a gear credit to the Ourisman name.Ourisman Mitsubishi consistently provides stellar customer service. Lisa is amazing, as is the entire service department. I could not be happier with their treatment of me or my vehicle.

The service was excellent.The only thing I don’t want is the smell of the room where customers can sit and wait (where the big table is) while the service is being done.Overall I am thankful for switching to Ourisman Mitsubishi for my car’s service.Service was done as promised
