The waiting area could use some updating but, I was there for about an hour and a half it didn’t matter.When I called for a recall appointment, Lisa asked “what date would you like to come in. I was very impressed. I felt they were working on my schedule. I was very happy.Everyone was courteous and attentive. I arrived early as I had another appointment elsewhere. I explained my situation. They pulled my car in immediately and was able to do the recall and recommended service. My car was washed and ready in no time at all. I was very satisfied.

I've been with Ourisman's for several years now. I've never had a problem with the service from the initial service appointment request to finish of service. Ms. Linda was my initial contact and was very helpful in explaining my request of service with timing, estimated cost, and if anything was needed to be checked. Ms. Linda also introduced the financial program that Ourisman provide you can apply for and make payments that was extremely helpful. I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else.
