My wife and I have been amongst the Mitsubishi Fmily now for 10 years. Every vehicle purchased hre has been a BLESSING to us both.The staff is so understanding and helpfulto the needs of the customers. Very down to earth. They make you feel like family as well as professional and respectful.

Please add free Pepsi in the waiting area...........just kidding!! You all are wonderful.The female tech at the customer desk was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I was a little early for my appointment and she was pleasant. She clearly explained my service and gave me information for my next service requirements.

The change oil reminder is rarely reset when I have service done. This necessitates either a return trip to have it reset, or ignoring the reminder on the dash until the next service.

My service representative Lisa is always very friendly, kind, and professional and ensures that I get appointments when they are convenient for me and she makes sure my car maintenance is up to date and taken care of properly.Because they provided excellent customer service and I didn’t have to wait too long for my oil change and tire rotation.
