Liza Woods is a key person in your team . She knows how to keep customers with Mitsubishi. The first time i came it was just for one time not more because usually we do have idea that dealers are expensive but Liza found the way to make each of my oil change visits cheaper than elsewhere. Even for other issues expensive, she eased my wallet.The only critic I have is the amount of your diagnostic it’s honestly expensive. If you can skip it for vip customers that will be greatOnce again Liza is a customer manager with a wonderful leadershipSpeed and good serviceNice team at the front desk

Overall, I am satisfied with the service I receivedWhen I called to make the appointment, I spoke with Lisa, who helped me with scheduling. She was pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns. She also checked me in when I arrived, and I felt comfortable with her welcoming attitude.
