I’m very upset they didn’t clarify what was being doneMy advisor was nice but that fact that I was taken advantage of was annoying. I’ve been there 3 times within the last week in a halfI went in for general maintenance, that I do all the time and I generally pay the same amount. This time Just trusting that’s what was going to happen but they changed fluids that shouldn’t be changed until a certain amount of miles. They didn’t say “hey are you sure this usually doesn’t need to be changed until this manny miles we can just do general maintenance” so I paid $600+ instead of the $170. I usually trust this dealership I’ve been going here for years but now I’m going to have to second guess everything. On top of that I have to come back to days later because they had to fix something they didn’t check before I left.

Problem that I brought it in for was not corrected. It is a difficult problem.2019 Outlander PHEV starting to have trouble with the EV drive, loses power at high speed (65-70mph) at start of driving, about 15 minutes into the drive. This problem was hard to reproduce. You're going to have to keep the car and really drive it to diagnose the problem, and consult with Mitsubishi to find similar problems.I'd like to hear back from dealership that you're researching my problem. EV problems are difficult, you will have to go through a learning process. You're the only dealership around, you have to be able to service my car.Staff works with the customer to schedule appointments, listen to customer concerns, extend coupons. Also, there's no other Mitsubishi dealership that I know of, so, please keep up the good work.

Before I forgot, everytime I do a car service they changed the tire psi to 40 instead of 35 the standard range that shows in my front monitor, hopefully next time they know the psi range of my car - only at 35
