I very satisfied with the care I was given!

I had a very successful visit and the whole team from front desk to Dr. Hill clearly cared for my issue. All options and questions were explained in detail and I felt fully informed about my decision. The only minor complaint is that when my gold crown was extracted, it wasn't offered to me to get money for it. It was too late after the fact in bio waste. My wife and I got $170 for 2 crowns so I'm kicking myself for not asking. But I still had a good experience and would return. Thank you

I had a couple of odd, borderline rude phone interactions with someone scheduling my appointments. During the initial call I was told to google the practice to obtain the new patient documents. The day before the scheduled appointment, I received a call to move my appointment 2 hours earlier or reschedule because noone was going to be in the office at noon (the time of my appointment). I explained that I arranged my own patient schedule to take patients in the morning and I was not told that the appointment was tentative. After an unfriendly interaction, the surgery scheduler was consulted. Ultimately, my appointment was not rescheduled and there were several people there including staff and patients when I arrived. This was quite confusing. Otherwise, the surgeon and medical staff were AMAZING! The extraction and prp insertion went well and my recovery has been swift. I’m very thankful for the in-person care I received during the initial consultation and the surgery. I left feeling valued and informed.
