I've used this company before and it was such a seamless experience. This year was really different. At first it was great, the local office customer service was amazing and the ladies really took care in handling our request professionally and in a timely fashion. The driver was super knowledgable and was able to fit the structure in a tight area without a problem and was friendly and professional all throughout the process even in the pick up - five stars to him and the local team. Where my experience goes south is when I received a duplicate bill. I didn't wan't to bother the local office since they don't handle billing, so I reached out to their Seattle office. The person was rude and didn't handle my call with care or patience. She gave me incorrect information and wasn't clear on my particular billing - which made it confusing and then they had to issue a credit in the end. I gave mixed reviews because I want to continue to support the local office here and didn't have an issue until this year. Hope the billing team in Seattle takes note.
