The last service wasn’t satisfactory. Since then, I’ve been experiencing several issues with my car. Today, I visited the service center and spoke with the receptionist, but unfortunately, my concerns were not taken seriously.After the recent service, I’ve noticed unusual driving behavior—such as frequent noises and a lack of proper response when pressing the gas pedal. I may not be able to describe the exact issue, but I can clearly feel that something isn’t right.However, without consulting a technician or expert, the receptionist concluded that it was a tire issue and suggested replacing the tires. Since I wasn’t convinced, I returned home.Shortly after, I noticed an engine oil warning light, even though the oil was changed just a few days ago during the service. I received a confirmation call within two minutes after making the appointment. Of course I’ll confirm. Confirmation should be done 1-2 hours before the appointment time not 1-2 minutes after the appointment was made.I believe service didn’t speak with me because I was in the middle of a dealI think the place is too small for PBC customersI am not aware of what was done to my vehicle. Nothing was communicated to me by staff.Please see my initial feedback already postedSome random guy approached me didn’t introduce himself and asked me “what am I doing here?” I almost left because his energy was off.

It does not feel good when it's not easy to reach someone... unless it's sales. And even when I spoke to someone in sales, they were not helpful! It even felt as if I was bothering them. Not feeling good about the service provided. Customer service needs improvementWhen I dropped my car off at 7:30am, I stated that I wanted to be contacted as soon as my car was ready. I received an email from the technician at 9:30am with a video showing that the repair was complete. He stated that the car was ready and that they would wash the car. As of this moment, almost 3 hrs later, still no call that my car is ready. I have called multiple times to try to reach someone in services... but it was disappointing. Even talking to someone in sales was disappointing. NOT PLEASED.When I dropped of my car, I stated that I wanted to be contacted as soon as my car was ready. It is important to acting respectful but more than that is to really move and acting to solve the problem because when you go to de dealer is because you need help and serviceFor 2 years I request to fix my radio and at that moment they said they put me in the list. I CALLED AT THE LAST VISIT 2 WEEKS AGO THE PERSON WHO TAKE CARE ME ALEXANDER ROMERO TOOK CARE ME AN A WEEK LATE HE CALLS ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY HAVE THE RADIO TO FIX MY CAR. I AM SUPER GRATEFUL FOR HIS ATTENTION AND OF THE EMPLOYEES TO PAID ATTENTION TO MY REQUEST AND DID A GREAT JOB. THANKS AGAIN

I asked over the phone how long it would take and they said probably about an hour. It was routine maintenance and it took over an hour and a half. The wait time wasn't terrible, but I was expecting it to be done sooner based on what they told me.I asked them to replace the batteries in both key fobs because the car was giving a low battery notification. He said he replaced them both, but just a few days later that same key battery low message is coming up.Overall, I would say that they're great, but service took longer than they originally anticipated so I had to wait longer. Also, a day or two after they said that they replaced the batteries in both key fobs, the car is saying low battery again.
