I felt like the dealer could’ve been more flexible about adding a roof rack to my vehicle. Also, the maintenance was presented as “included” and when I signed paperwork I found out it was actually $15 extra per month.The night I picked up my vehicle the detailer had already left for the day. I had to take time off work the following day to have it washed, floor mats put down etc.David Sanders did a great job finding me a vehicle that fit my budget and credit profile.

I was grateful they washed my vehicle but felt it was rushedOverall the experience was better than last time. The staff are patient and manage time well. I was in and out in little over an hour.Only improvement I would recommend is that the person washing the vehicles take him time and not rush.Alex was attentive and he was familiar with my car.
