Had a tire issue without an appointment…took care of the problem immediately

I visited this dealership two years ago to look at a used car. It was quiet. I was so surprised when I pulled into the lot the place was a beehive of activity with cars of all makes models everywhere with no place to park. Something definitely changed.I didn’t have an appointment but was in the vicinity of the dealership and went into service as my radio and cameras were not working and radio was flickering on and off at times. The service department got me right in and knew that the vehicle had a recall to upgrade software. I spent maybe 90 minutes and vehicle is now corrected. The service mgr Allan Wilson is very customer service oriented and your shop gentleman did not catch his name knew the problem and remedy and handled immediately. Very impressed. Great job gents.

No napkin or paper towel at coffee areaCustomer reached for new set of cups and opened the packagethree chairs that I looked at to see which one is clean to use, all had cat or dog hair all over the seats and I had to get paper towel from rest room to clean chairs to seatMusic was too loud for the areaI was charged for tier rotation but I don't believe that it was done or at least properly done.tier pressure on the screen panel where the same on each tire as i broughtwhen you rotate tiers at least check the pressure and adjust to the recommended pressureI was told to bring the car back to reset the tier pressure on the panel which there is such thing as resetting

I didn’t go there for services. I went there to purchase a new vehicle.They Gave me a great deal
