The main reasons that living in Paradise Oaks has been hell on Earth for me is that there is a meth lab next to me that has approximately 100 visitors every day, 24/7. When the meth customers knocknon the door of the business, it sounds like they are knocking on my door, so I can never get any sleep at any hour of the day. The routine is that they knock on the door, the meth queen yells, "Who is it?" and then the customer shouts out their name, often having to repeat themselves, carrying out dull conversations yelling through the door. I'd guess about 10-15 people sleep there and gang out there (#2324) every day and night in shifts. They carry on lengthy bicycle repairs on the landing on all the bikes that they steal. They spit out gum, saliva, and throw garbage allmover the steps, landing, amd sidewalk. The police have to come every week or two to respond to a fight. The mailboxes get broken into, and my mail gets stolen. The office staff never answer the phone and are often not even in the office for entire days. The pool was closed for 3 years (bit now is open). Drug dealers speed through the parking lot with aftermarket noise makers on their car engines. The meth lab people actually bounce their stolen bikes down the stairs at all hours of the day. Cars and motorcycles race around Crossing Place, Faro, amd Riverside with aftermarket noise making devices, and that sound exhos throughout the property. I find it depressing to even write all of this because I know that management doesn't care and will do nothing about it.

This place is not even upgraded and it's expensive. Not to mention all the drug dealers and drug users outside it's an unsafe environment and the office just watches it all unfold. My lease was supposed to be renewed but because the office had no staff I got the boot. Never had a late rent payment or any problems out of my household either .

There is a narcotics dealer next door to me, and they have about 3-5 customers drop by every hour, 24/7. I cannot sleep. They also have a dog that they leave out on the patio to suffer in the heat for days. These are only a couple of the violations they commit. Recently, there was a fight/conflict there, and the window has been broken for 2 weeks.Their apartment is #2324.
