Thank you so so much to Darwin and Daniel for getting my air conditioning working after it broke at 4:45pm on a Friday. I am so grateful for their help and kindness!!

The evening maintenance on duty Tuesday 6/30 (I believe Mr. Julius) was super prompt, even with it late at night, and professional. He quickly identified the issue with my AC (during the bad heat wave) and was able to replace the part immediately.

The maintenance team is great (Daniel & Darwin helped w this request), the app to reach them is not. I submitted a request 6/15, several days later the request was no longer in the app except for a message showing it was opened - but the actual request was no longer showing. I called the front desk, Collins was helpful, reopened the request and the maintenance team arrived almost immediately.The second question should not be required bc my request is still not pending. No follow up comms were required.
