Staff was courteous and did a great job.There was some confusion about the "permission to enter" which I unchecked. I would have preferred if they had scheduled a specific time frame or contacted me first, but we worked through it.

Park Chelsea maintenance is always great. Resolved all 3 requests timely. I accidentally left some holiday decor on my toilet tank top and the team moved it for me and placed it back EXACTLY how I left it. That was above and beyond. They are always considerate as well as efficient.Thanks again!
