FYI - AC was not working when I moved in. Not okay for a luxury building. And the oven had to be replaced after 1 1/2 years. I thought appliances were supposed to be new upon move in.

Overall, and to be realistic, the management team — including service management and the entire crew — is doing a great job considering the staff shortage and the system upgrades that occasionally cause outages. Of course, there is always room for improvement, especially in planning the implementation of new systems or processes. In addition, management’s priorities do not necessarily align with each tenant’s priorities.
