My experience since the new management took over has been quite unfavorable. They've stolen packages from my front door, and we've been without electricity in the building's hallways for over 20 days. The management has been informed, but they haven't done anything about it. The access doors are left open all the time, allowing entry to people who aren't residents. This didn't happen with the previous management. And many tenants have left because there is no security.

The breezeways in buildings have gotten progressively worse through the years - littered with trash and debris. There is more trash around the property and nobody helping to keep it clean. Groundskeeping has really gone down with new management.We used to receive weekly newsletters with helpful information, and I can’t remember the last time I received one. The gates are constantly broken and remain open at all times.What has happened to the complex I used to proudly call home? :(

I appreciate how professional and kind Keisha, the assistant manager has been. The staff is great! My issue is the aesthetics of the property. The dumpsters are very torn up with holes and broken pieces. They also need to be repainted. The entry gates are rusted and need to be repainted. The landscaping needs flowers when you first enter property. And lastly, the grass in my backyard is completely burnt up and just horrible. The sprinklers have not been turned on in my backyard the entire summer and my grass receives the most sunlight out of all the apts along the back. As a a result, my grass looks terrible and doesn’t grow. The mower guy NEVER cuts the grass correctly. It’s always, always uneven. He cuts with edgers and has used my rake without my permission when I left it in the backyard. I was not happy about that. A lawnmower hasn’t been used in backyards since new management has taken over. The breeze ways are dirty with trash marks and cobwebs (ceiling and baseboards) and dust through out hall. I’m tired of seeing it everyday. And there is also trash along the fence in the back of property by the woods. I do still love my apt floor plan on the inside. I hope that the my concerns will be addressed. Thank you for the survey.

-entry gates are open most of the time and not functioning properly-cleanliness of shared facilities has significantly deteriorated since management changed to Mox (I found feces smeared over the wall in the restroom next to the gym one day)-communications sent out have a very passive aggressive and condescending tone-sidewalks are not being swept after storms

No response from manager to begin next process. Application was put in 3 days ago and move in date is 6/17/2026 and it is currently 6/16/2026. Being kept in the dark after investing money into a potential home and I am wondering if this is the regular I should expect or if it’s a lack of communication.

Everything good but the tow company tow my car everything is registered already I heard this complaint from another..... other than this everything great.
