Issue was not resolved. Freezer is still not making ice

Could have been done sooner. Had to wait two days to get it fixed.

The maintenance ticket was marked as complete but no one ever came or called me.

-entry gates are open most of the time and not functioning properly-cleanliness of shared facilities has significantly deteriorated since management changed to Mox (I found feces smeared over the wall in the restroom next to the gym one day)-communications sent out have a very passive aggressive and condescending tone-sidewalks are not being swept after storms

No response from manager to begin next process. Application was put in 3 days ago and move in date is 6/17/2026 and it is currently 6/16/2026. Being kept in the dark after investing money into a potential home and I am wondering if this is the regular I should expect or if it’s a lack of communication.

There has been no repair to the door yet.

Everything good but the tow company tow my car everything is registered already I heard this complaint from another..... other than this everything great.

The maintenance team is always quick to respond and take care of any issues with my washer. Every time they come out, the problem is handled promptly and professionally. Ivan is especially great—he is friendly, respectful, and always takes the time to explain what is being done. I appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service. The HVAC door remains locked, preventing me from accurately assessing whether the filter was replaced. In my previous experience with this maintenance team, they have marked items as complete without actually completing the service.
