The gate is almost always broken, especially the phone call system so it’s difficult to get deliveries. The hallway lights turn out randomly in building 7 and they don’t get turned back on for days at a time. The walls are so thin that I can hear most conversations from the person above us and it sounds like they are moving furniture every single day

It took 2 weeks to get resolved which I can understand due to the issue. But there was no communication. I called multiple times asking for an update and was told they would check with maintenance but never told me what was happening after they spoke with them. It was disappointing and frustrating. I’m glad it’s fixed now but the communication of the leasing office is not clear or present. Maintenance team was very professional.
