My daughter put the request in at 2pm. Maintenance went home for the day. Then I fixed the issue before he could get back. I am actually disappointed and starting to feel the apartments dont care.

Pest control guy entered my apartment for a wasp nest that was outside after I included clear instructions to where it was and said that they could not enter my apartment. He left a note like he had sprayed inside and when I called the office to ask if he had, they said they would call me back and let me know and never did. Also did not apologize or seem to care at all that he entered my apartment when I said that was not okay.

The maintenance man, Ivan, did a great job fixing my dryer. Very timely and professional. Very much appreciated!
