Excellent experience. Arrived a little early and I was seen too immediately. I scheduled a tire service ahead of time and all the paperwork was there for the ordered tires and services needed. Waiting room was great, with snacks and drinks. Table with power for my laptop. My service advisor kept me updated on progress, the website link had a video of my vehicle and records of the inspections. Work I can trust.

Initially told I didn’t have Tire Warranty, despite having bought it with car. Got a bit of attitude from advisor over the phone.Showed service advisor (Cisco I think) my sale agreement & he took care of the issue with the sales department. Also was helpful in resolving some setting changes that I cured after my last service. 5 Stars for that.My tire was replace under warranty in a reasonably quick time frame. The car was returned without washing. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait for a car wash b/c of the Lexus loaner fleet. I was agreed, my car wasn’t all that dirty. But then when I got the car, the new wheel was absolutely covered in lubricant. I can’t believe the didn’t clean that off. And I would think a customer car could be pushed ahead of a loaner car anytime. So then I was disappointed in that decision by the technician/service advisor to not at least make that presentable.

Francisco was great and explained everything very well. Got my car serviced and ready in less than initially expected.

The service was done well but there were a lot of stuff that can be made better

Marco is always THE best. An absolute professional, passionate about his work and attentive to his clientele. Every visit here is efficient and whatever my car needs has been completed by the time I leave.

Will was awesome to work with. He took care of me and my vehicle and I felt like I could trust that he wouldn’t oversell me on things I didn’t need. I’ll only be scheduling service with him moving forward!
