Well, I made the reservations for the loan car at the Park Place Lexus location. Terrence was very accommodating and I was able to get a loan car. Will Smith was a gem. I really appreciate him. I hate with a passion waiting. There are so many things that can be done in a day. I had Red Light therapy, the gym to go , groceries to get, meds to get and etc. It was a busy fruitful day! Thanks to the team.

AWD issues still not resolved. SUV was in the shop for 3 days, but was told no problem found. I got the suv back and hadn’t even travelled 30 miles, AWD error message popped up again.

Every thing good , except it took 2 hours + for wheel alignment and wheel balancing
