Had an appt scheduled. Waited almost an hour in line. Was immediately approached to purchase two new tires despite one of them having half the tread. Part for recall was not in stock despite scheduled appt. Left car. Received an email with Immediate Action Required Items totaling half the car’s value. When we called, we were told it wasn’t urgent but it was something they offer as a courtesy. It was ridiculous. No one took the time to tell us they were going to take a skid plate off or do any inspections. It’s completely unacceptable. The car was there for a recall. Stop trying to oversell people! Ask them if they want the service. The car drives 6 miles a day, 4 days a week! I wouldn’t put $6000 into it if my life depended on it.

My TSX Wheel Alignment report still shows RED numbers like before!!!! So Actual and before numbers still in RED. Didn't get complete alignment on it and still proceeded billing. Tried calling service but no one responding.

When I booked online there was no warning that the vehicle would need to stay 3-5 days for the recall (which is fine), but there was not a loaner vehicle available for 2 days after I dropped off my car. Someone could have called to inform me of both issues after I made my appointment.When I pulled up to the service entrance no one greeted me, no one even got up from their seat for 5 full minutes. I even got my things and got out of my car and stood by the desks until someone finally came over to me. The staff is very casual and unprofessional in their conversations they have openly around customers. My service advisor, Cisco, was wonderful though and kept me updated throughout the process.Lastly, I unfortunately did not receive a car wash. This is not the same Park Place dealership that it used to be, and has not been for years.
