I had a full engine replacement 23,000 miles ago in May of 2024. There were quite a few 100,000 mile recommendations that were made that were completed 18 months ago. It shouldn’t matter who the advisor is, this should be really clear in your service records so you’re not recommending services that aren’t needed. I’d hate to think if I was some poor little old lady how many thousands in unneeded service I would have incurred.I also ordered replacement parts that are on order, and since Monday, I have a significant number of requests to rate your service, yet zero updates on the status of the parts I ordered.I advise 20 group Acura dealerships on how to be the best. I expected a detailed inspection, but instead received a generic report listing four “needed” services that were already done recently, such as the timing belt and transmission oil. It felt like they just looked at Acura’s records instead of actually inspecting the car. Very disappointing and not the thorough service I expected.
