John was terrific in getting me in to replace my tire that had a nail in it. In tough working conditions, non-air conditioned spaces where the cars come in, he powered through the difficult service coordination issues and got it done!! Please give your service personnel a better environment to work! They see the customer way more often than anyone at a dealership!
