Christopher was excellent. Good listener and knew how to resolve my car issues.

I expected a detailed inspection, but instead received a generic report listing four “needed” services that were already done recently, such as the timing belt and transmission oil. It felt like they just looked at Acura’s records instead of actually inspecting the car. Very disappointing and not the thorough service I expected.
