Wonderful customer service from the moment I drive in until the moment I drove out. My service rep Cheryl Kennedy was excellent, great communication, great people skills. She kept me informed every step of the way. Technician was very capable, did a great job addressing all the needs my vehicle had. Very pleased.

Terrible experience. Marco was my person who we checked in with. HE IS TERRIBLE AT COMMUNICATION!!! We dropped car off on Friday afternoon. We called him at 11:34 am on Monday. He did not have any update but said our car was getting the 182 point inspection. He would go to the shop and find out the status and call or text me back. But, he NEVER CALLED OR TEXTED ME BACK ON MONDAY! I called at 3:20 pm, put on hold and then told he was busy and he would call me back. At 5:25, I called back and she said he was busy with a customer, so I asked for the service manager and the lady said he was busy. Then she said Marco was now available for my call. She transferred me and it went to his voice mail. This is the worst customer service I have experienced and I am not sure I will come back to your dealership. We have had Hondas or Acuras since 1992 and have NEVER been treated this way. I was beyond disappointed!!!
