All good

The repair was good. The service lacks. Why do I make an appointment for you to consistently keep my vehicle for 4+ days? The vehicle doesn’t even get looked at until it’s been sitting there for 3 days and then the tech is off on Saturday, so does the repairs on Monday (3 days later). Stephen, the service adviser was very professional. It seems like Acura service management should evaluate how service is scheduled. In addition, please call to explain repairs rather than just send a list. It’s next to impossible to get a hold of the service adviser if you issue a call or have a question. Is there a high turnover of advisers? This is not an isolated incident…it seems to happen consistently and I have never had the same adviser twice….it’s always someone different. Everything went well and work completed on time

Marco was great at making sure my time was considered from the start. Even with it being busy, I enjoyed the view of the service area and comfy chairs. The team is filled with great individuals that are easy to talk to and friendly!
