Tanner was excellent, but the service was slow. Even with booking an appointment, service still took 3 hours.

All good, it was my first visit to this dealership so had some small delays due to questions I had. The car wash was not great but I was offered to get it done better but I was in a rush.

He took the time to truly understand my concerns, even going on a test drive with me to hear the issue firsthand rather than just assuming what the problem might be. I really appreciated that level of attention and service.Jose kept me updated throughout the process and ensured my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. He also arranged for a loaner car, so I didn’t have to worry about getting a rental, which was a huge help. Overall, his professionalism and dedication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely look to work with him again in the future!

Jose was outstanding

Stephen is always friendly, attentive, and very professional. The back seat was down to accommodate the tires in the back and now the shade does not work. I am unable to pull the shade down to cover the items that I put in the back. I need to have it looked at.
