I was in a bind. I discovered an oil leak the night before and had a full day of meetings I couldn’t miss. I got to the shop early (before 7:00) and was hoping for a rental car. Fortunately, you had one (or found one) and it really saved me. I actually bought this car because of the loaner cars you would give me in the early 2000s at the old dealership. They seem to be hard to come by these days but today you really came through and I appreciate it
