Tanner went out of his way to make sure everything was handled in the most professional manner. Plus, he was extremely helpful in regards to a problem I was having with CarPlay. He also made sure that I would have a loaner while my car was in the shop for warranty work. . (I am undergoing radiation treatments and have to have a vehicle to get to my morning treatments.). I am very happy because Tanner Sullivan made this a great service experience!

Alexis and the team were great. They were patient with my questions, listened well and communicated back to me regularly on the progress.Unfortunately, they were not able to fix completely the problem with the car. However, the problem is an Acura/Apple compatibility issue that does not appear to have a solution.Again, the team at Park Place was great. My 4 (vs 5) rating reflects the broader Acura problem, not the Park Place team.
