Dropped off car for recall and other services. John was on top of everything, letting us know what to expect and how long and was ready to provide us with a loaner car. Kept us informed when there was an update. Day of pickup, again on top of everything and everything went smooth. Very satisfied of the whole process.John went above and beyond!

Straight forward, no hassle

Outstanding service for my wife. She was nervous about getting back to an appointment at the end of her day and it wasn't certain the service would be completed in time. So to keep her stress free, the team gave her a loaner car to get to her appointment and had her car ready first thing the next morning.

If you’d make your service pricing more reasonable you might get more work. Over $400 to do a transmission flush is outrageous. Per the service rep all you do is hook it up to a machine that flushes it. No filter or other parts are replaced, just a flush. When I was there I watched three techs working on a car doing a routine service. Better service pricing and they’d be busier.
