Visited for three issues. Had the service done. One issue is intermittent so could not be reproduced and the other seems to be for the mobile app team to resolve.Satisfied with Jose's communication, especially after Tyson left me to dry the last time my car was with them and did not respond to calls or messages

I was scheduled for A1 service and seat belt recall on 2019 RDX. Long story short, the service department kept my car for 2 days. I did receive a loaner at the end of the first day. The service rep compt my whole visit because of the wait and inconvenience. I appreciated the gesture.

Came in because of a suspension issue. It was eventually handled but it took several days longer because a part had to be ordered. I was happy that this was covered under my CPO warranty. However, on the morning I was on the way to pick it up my Service Tech, Tyson, called me to say my battery needed to be replaced which I wasn’t expecting. Unfortunately my battery wasn’t covered by my CPO warranty but Tyson was able to get my a 15% discount, which I was grateful for.
