Tanner was excellent, but the service was slow. Even with booking an appointment, service still took 3 hours.

All good, it was my first visit to this dealership so had some small delays due to questions I had. The car wash was not great but I was offered to get it done better but I was in a rush.

I had a great experience working with Jose at Park Place Acura. When I brought my vehicle in, he was available and ready to discuss the issues with me. He took the time to truly understand my concerns, even going on a test drive with me to hear the issue firsthand rather than just assuming what the problem might be. I really appreciated that level of attention and service.Jose kept me updated throughout the process and ensured my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. He also arranged for a loaner car, so I didn’t have to worry about getting a rental, which was a huge help. Overall, his professionalism and dedication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely look to work with him again in the future!
