Marco, who was assigned randomly to be my service manager, responded quickly to my calls since I was not at the dealership. I had my 2020 MDX towed in at 11PM on Thursday, 02/20/2025 because it wouldn’t start, and Marco texted me really early in the morning to let me know that they were working on getting me an estimate. After receiving my quote, I contacted Cortina the service manager, whom I had met on a previous visit, to see if she would check on my quote and see if she could give me a decent discount since I was fixing to spend more than $2,500.00 on repairs and new tires. She was outstanding and was able to help me get a discount to make the large bill more manageable.
