Bringing my car back after repairs pulled to the right

John Thomas was great at checkin.Had some communication issues w Cisco re: work that was done. We had a timing belt replaced and in that process a leak was discovered. Cisco and my husband had a conversation w my husband giving permission for the part to be replaced. The leak was patched instead of part replaced. I hadn’t signed the work order since pricing was wrong (it would be less since the timing belt was being replaced and they had easy access to the part that needed to be replaced). I was told not to worry about signing the text giving permission to replace the part. Cisco was off on the day of pickup. I didn’t realize that the part wasn’t replaced until I got home. Communicated w Cisco who agreed that his understanding was the same as ours and that he thought the part was being replaced. Cisco followed up w service dept and w us.

Will was phenomenal!!! He provided a quiet and spacious room so I can continue my work to meet a financial deadline. To top the experience off he applied coupons that brought my four hour wait worth every penny ! Thank you so much Will !!!!
