Friendly and timely service

I was very pleased with my visit to have my fuel-pump repaired--the vehicle given to me for the day was almost brand new and I was given a call later in the day with the news my battery needed to be replaced. Everything went according to plan, as far as I am concerned.

One issue is intermittent so could not be reproduced and the other seems to be for the mobile app team to resolve.Satisfied with Jose's communication, especially after Tyson left me to dry the last time my car was with them and did not respond to calls or messages

I was scheduled for A1 service and seat belt recall on 2019 RDX. Long story short, the service department kept my car for 2 days. I did receive a loaner at the end of the first day. The service rep compt my whole visit because of the wait and inconvenience. I appreciated the gesture.
