Came in because of a suspension issue. It was eventually handled but it took several days longer because a part had to be ordered. I was happy that this was covered under my CPO warranty. However, on the morning I was on the way to pick it up my Service Tech, Tyson, called me to say my battery needed to be replaced which I wasn’t expecting. Unfortunately my battery wasn’t covered by my CPO warranty but Tyson was able to get my a 15% discount, which I was grateful for.

James explained everything, and was very helpful. He gave me a loaner for the 5 days my car was in the shop. He works very hard and truly cares about his clients. Please give him a raise--he deserves it!

It was the fastest service and the most enjoyable time while waiting in my whole entire lifetime

We had a good experience with the service team Mr. James Key. They recommend additional services upon multipoint inspection which might need to be fixed at some point
