Service was fine… Not impressed with loan car process. You charge the customer for the gas used to deliver the loan car… and you charge the customer for the tolls (zip pass to make the drive faster) your driver incurred to deliver the loan car to and from our home…there were other options other than the zip pass… over $40.00 in tolls to make it easier for Park Place drivers.. You would think a dealership of your caliber would include this as part of the customer service experience… pretty low to nickel and dime the customer….will definitely share this experience with friends…

Omar was very professional and accommodating. He got us in and out quickly with our loaner vehicle and after we had an emergency with our son who was hospitalized, he was understanding and had the car brought to our home when it was finished. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
