I contacted Karim when I had an issue with the vehicle. I had emailed after hours and he responded first thing the following morning. He understood my needs and helped guide us through the next few steps in getting the car and evaluated. He was a big help in properly getting a tow service for an EV. Even after the tow was able to get the vehicle working, he followed through on getting the car evaluated and tested and maintained good communication all the way through getting the car picked up at closing.
