Contacted Raphael via phone to express interest in the RR AB on property around lunch. Came in an hour later to look at it. Was shopping another similar vehicle at a FW dealer. Due to high competition, not that excited about "having to finance the vehicle", but given the current market, not a concern. Raphael worked quickly, engaged help when needed, and everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and friendly. Some followup is required (scratch, tinting), but otherwise, great experience and good communication from Raphael during the process.
