My sales experience manager was the best to work with. My purchase experience, though long, was very pleasant. I did not appreciate, however , being referred to as Mr. Okeke or Mr. & Mrs. Okeke in the emails I received after my purchase. I am a young lady who came in and purchased the car all by herself , so to be referred to as a man or to imply that it couldn’t have been a female who made the purchase does not sit well with me.
