My experience is one that is exceptional. I had some regrets after getting my new vehicle home because I assumed something with a Land Rover badge had abundant options that were standard. I had also watched some videos on YouTube, so I was surprised to find out I was missing so much. I wrote a short synopsis about my discontentment, and both my salesperson (John) and the manager (Cade) contacted me about making me happy. They are exceptional people and I highly recommend this dealership. This was an experience of initial regrets that became sensational!!!

Justin was very patient and willing to answer all my questions despite many of them being obvious. I also appreciated that he was very apologetic that the signing process was taking too long. I had to leave to go to a party and he came to the party with my papers so I would not be late. Let me tell you the people at the event were SOOOOO impressed with that kind of customer service.

It was fine. F&I was unnecessarily inflexible.
