Which was so great. The entire experience was delightful. Excellence experience working with him. On the dealership as a whole, the experience was very pleasant. Everyone smiled, and were courteous and helpful.

It was great to the point I didn’t have to wait love it

The process to purchase the vehicle was good and smooth. I was told that I would receive my contract paperwork, via email. Two days went by and I had to call to get the paperwork emailed to me. I received this survey request, before I received my contract paperwork. The vehicle did not have a front bracket mounted on it, for the front license plate. Texas law requires to have a license plate in the front. I was told that the dealership does not install unless you ask. First, we did not realize it was not installed until we got home, 2.5 hours away, and you would think spending $100k on a vehicle that it would be automatic installation, since required by law. Now I will have to get this taken care of myself or pay someone to do it.
