The only way to describe Bria’s customer service is phenomenal. She was so pleasant and professional. She worked hard and ensured customer satisfaction. I would recommend her to anyone I know. The reps you see on television commercials and imagine your car purchasing experience…yes that’s Bria! Legitimately making sure you’re covered and not just trying to make a sell. I appreciated her selflessness, respect, and courtesy.
