Sales person kept in touch as I needed to move my test drive appointment around a few times. The car was up front and ready to go when I arrived.Sales person was not an expert on this vehicle since it was a BMW, but that was fine because she didn't try to act like she was an expert.The sales process was quick and straightforward.The contract process was the best experience ever for me. Only dealing with 1 person was fantastic. Low pressure on the upgrades. Then finance really came through when all I had was a personal check.
