Our salesman Chris, was so helpful and found me the perfect car! I had no idea but the dealership was closing for the day, it was a Saturday, and this sweet man stayed late to help me instead of being home with his family. I felt terrible when I realized everyone was gone except him, myself and my husband. Oh yeah, the finance manager stayed late as well, as I was just taking my time unaware that I was holding everyone up. I ended up with a beautiful 2022 BMW X5 and I couldn’t be happier. 😊

Sydney made the buying experience excellent since day 1, back in December. Bob also made the purchase go smoothly the day of. They were both extremely helpful. The only place Land Rover needs to work is on their detailers of high end vehicles. My car has a number of scratches on it all over the body from inexperienced workers. Highly upsetting at this price point.

Rico was not available at the time that I went to the dealership although he had sent me a txt msg prior to my arrival which was disappointing. Please do not include him in the sale of my vehicle. Mark however went ABOVE AND BEYOND before I even told him I had a $14,500 down payment. I work for NMAC so if I didn’t get my dream car, I was going to go back to the employee lease program. Mark was excellent, I recommend him on my Instagram with over 130,000 followers and made a tictoc of my experience. I was soooo impressed with Mark and again this was BEFORE WE TALKED NUMBERS!!!
