Rico was not available at the time that I went to the dealership although he had sent me a txt msg prior to my arrival which was disappointing. Please do not include him in the sale of my vehicle. Mark however went ABOVE AND BEYOND before I even told him I had a $14,500 down payment. I work for NMAC so if I didn’t get my dream car, I was going to go back to the employee lease program.
