It was a great experience working with Tom Miles at the Park Place Jaguar Land Rover, we ordered a vehicle back in August of 2021 and Tom kept us informed throughout the past 4 months with updates on the vehicle built date, ETA on delivery.., etc. Tom's professionalism and easy going approach in assisting us with the purchase is greatly appreciated. A big thanks to Tom Miles and Park Place Jaguar Land Rover for getting the Range Rover Velar to us just in time for Christmas! We highly recommend Tom Miles and Park Place to anyone who is interested in buying a Jaguar or Land Rover.

I’m not sure I know where to start. My sales person Sydney Archer was amazing from start to finish, with the whole order process and keeping me informed from the moment we ordered. She’s extremely knowledgeable and her attention to detail is unheard of! Bob Lapenna from the finance side was hands down amazing! From my trade to working all the numbers it was the best experience! I will NEVER buy a vehicle anywhere else other then Park Place Land Rover/Jaguar!! I really hope this gets read and both people get recognized for their efforts as this is what customer service and the process should be like when ever you buy/order a vehicle!! ROCK STARS they are!! Paul Light was a delight to work with trough out the sales process. The only minor hiccup was with the processing of the final payment, but the company took good care of us and I would highly recommend Park Place to all my friends.
