Kendall, my car Salesman was an exceptional employee. He made my car buying experience a joyful one, from start to finish. However, I was slightly disappointed in the car post purchase because I found out it had a crack on the front windshield. I did not notice it at the time of purchase. A car at that price point should definitely not have that flaw on it. Kendall has promised to rectify it and hopefully it can be fixed.

Paul Light was my sales guy and he was awesome. He found me the exact car I wanted. He always emailed/called back quickly. I will definitely will use him again.

Price made it easy to buy a car and was able get get the deal done fast. I will use him again for future purchases.

The five stars is for Emily Manning. On the day we Visited, my husband and I were not greeted by any of the salesmen. Three looked directly at us and did not speak or even ask if we needed help. One appeared to be helping someone but the other two were not. Before leaving, I decided to see if there was someone willing to help us and when Emily saw us she immediately asked if We needed help. She was so gracious, went above and beyond, was genuinely friendly and caring. I cant say enough great things to express how awesome of a salesperson she is. We did not purchase day 1 but she kept in contact with 2 additional follow ups. Her follow ups Were so tastefully done and showed consistency in her character witness day one. Emily professionalism and grace was the sole factor that made us choose Park Place. If I could rate Emily 1000 stars It wouldn't be enough. She is truly amazing!
