The online process made applying easy and we were able to get in and out of the dealership within one and a half hours. Chris Blackstock was great to work with. The transaction was simple to complete and it was nice not being tossed from one room to another for signing documents. The concept of dealing with one person for the entire process is great.

It was a used car. The car was cleaned and was ready for pickup when promised, We had an appointment time and were met and the paperwork was signed with no issues or surprises and we were handed the keys and he even went over the features of the car.

No hassle! Roxie was awesome! Had everything ready for me when I arrived. All I had to go was show my Drivers License, my insurance card and give my down payment (that I voluntarily put down) and my keys to my trade in to collect my new ride!
