My husband and I have purchased multiple cars from Park Place Lexus over the past 20 years because they are great cars and the service is outstanding. Decided that I might want to switch to an SUV and I didn’t know if I wanted to buy a Lexus because there are so many on the road. A friend drives a Jaguar, and suggested I do a test drive. While there are Jaguar dealerships closer, I decided to drive to Grapevine so I would be visiting a Park Place dealership and I was not disappointed.Rico Rose was my salesperson, and his service was excellent. I did a test drive, he reviewed all the features and benefits, answered my questions and provided me with the trade in valve for my car in an hour. He understood that I wanted to bring my husband back for a test drive and didn’t pressure me to buy. We set an appointment for that Friday, and in the meantime I test drove other SUVs: Audi, Infiniti and Lexus. My husband test drove the F Pace, and it was by far my first choice in SUV’s, so we purchased it that night. Thanks again Rico, and Park Place Jaguar Land Rover!

Rico was great and made the selection of the RR LWB very easy. He actually helped me find what I was looking for, even when I didn't know EXACTLY what I was looking for. Helpful, patient, and not too pushy. Very cool experience. Will come back when it's time to buy another vehicle.

I purchased my car as I live in Reno over the phone with Manny Morgan just as the blizzard was hitting Dallas. Because I had never seen this particular model in person, Manny went to get lengths to describe it to me. There was confusion regarding the paper work but it was corrected. Manny was incredibly patient as was Bob Lepenna and generous too. I love my car and all I am waiting for now,,is the official registration to arrive from Kevin Patterson's. office. looking to buy a new car and had made my mind up on a jaguar f-pace. the experience went fine and I now have a car on order. I was told the price would be re-visited when the car comes in, not sure why but i trust my salesman. also trade/s would be looked at when the car comes in so the total experience has not been realized yet.

Everything went very well. My car was taken at the scheduled time & I was called when the maintenance was completed.
