I did not visit the dealership, because they are in Texas and I live in Ohio. I wasn’t able to look at the car in person. I saw the car online. I wasn’t able to See all the scratches the car had. Other than that the car is nice and the salesperson Price Clark was awesome in helping us with the sale.

I arrived in the afternoon without an appointment for the annual service check on my new XJL. I was greeted as soon as the car stopped. Proper COVID precautions were in place. My service advisor completed the check-in very quickly and I was on my way within 15 minutes. They said I could wait on the car but I didn't need it. I told them they could keep the car for as long as they needed to and could put someone else in front of it if they were in a rush. The car was ready early the next day.
