It was great! Friendly staff and timely service.

Service items not fully broken down of how much each item costs as overall price was much higher than previous 20k service even after opting out of the alignment to bring the price down. Overpriced.Also the software was not even updated as I was requested to update when I returned home from the service.The car was clean which I appreciate. However at that price which was not fully itemized… not at all worth what you pay for.Honestly a bit of a deal breaker and if I was fully explained the service fees that are required to go through dealership. I would pass on this vehicle and gone back to Audi.
