My service advisor was great but I was very frustrated with this visit. I have had a lot of major car repairs done at this location exclusively. Including rebuilding the timing of the engine. While I am not a mechanic it is frustrating to feel like the technicians won’t look at a part to eliminate another major car repair. I was told I needed timing work done, something I have had done prior and not too long ago. I drive this car daily and knew that was not the issue at hand. I asked if the technicians could check a specific part first to eliminate that as an issue because I was not having the same symptoms as I had when I had that issue prior. This was completely rejected. Once leaving the engine light turned off immediately. If the car needed major timing repair that would not have happened. Which confirmed that the other parts I wanted checked were the issue. Very frustrating to spend a lot of money on a diagnostic and not feel like I got a diagnostic
