Previous visits have been great. This visit was a little chaotic! I gave an extra week in diagnosis & repair because of I dropped off the Friday before the ice storm. Understandable. But I picked my vehicle up on Friday, February 6th, only to drive to my appointment barely an hour after picking up my vehicle only to find coolant leaking everywhere!! Brought the vehicle back, I was accommodated with a loaner in both situations which I appreciate but only to pick up vehicle on Saturday. The explanation was the coolant cap wasn’t secured? Not sure about that. I also pointed out other concerns related to the repair which was missing fasteners under the hood around the reservoir tank. They did take care of that too. I just expected more & my expectations were shot cause it felt more transactional more than care for the customer, me, & my vehicle. I know my vehicle is getting older but I know that the more miles I drive, the more repairs will come up. But when I have no problem paying for the needed repairs, I expected what Park Place had been doing in the past. Not sure if I’d be back & I’m probably getting out of the Range Rover ownership club if it’s going to be like this…
